The Interactive Travel Guide Show is taking place at 1.45pm on Thursday 6th July 2017.
Your guests will be arriving at Aberbargoed Primary school and moving through airport security to board the plane. During the flight, the captain will be making an announcement and there will be some in-flight entertainment. They will see the Manhattan skyline as the plane circles and begins to make its descent into Newark Airport, New Jersey. Once the passengers have left the plane, they will be embarking on the 'Coast-to-Coast' Interactive Travel Show.
You will be responsible for guiding invited guests around the Interactive Travel Show and assisting them in attempting each of the tasks that are available in the Class 5, Class 6 and the hall. They may need your support in order to be successful.
Please help them to think about the attitudes and skills that they are using during the afternoon. They can indicate these on their learning passport. These are also attitudes and skills that might be useful on Lynne and Andrew's 'Coast-to-Coast Road Trip USA' - especially if their friend, Tim, joins them.
Finally, please make sure that your guest completes the feedback message for you and your classmates. They can choose to do the online version using an iPad or smartphone, following the QR code on the learning passport. Alternatively, they can fill in the boxes on the back of the learning passport.
